Genesys Developer
Salary: £35,000-50,000+Benefits

The Role:
Successful candidate will take a lead position within support and managed services arm of the company. The primary focus of this role will be to provide technical support for the contact centre solutions involving the Genesys suite of products.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The developer will be responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, documentation of programming applications, and CTI system integration
Research and evaluate alternative solutions and makes recommendations
Provide Computer Telephony Infrastructure design and support (exiting and new). Responsible for the availability and configuration of the Genesys production, development and QA environment
Plan, coordinate and conduct cross-functional system testing
Lead in technical design sessions and provide subject matter expertise as it relates to the Genesys product suites (Framework/CTI, Management, Routing, and Reporting) and will provide proactive architecture review and analysis
Candidate will do hands-on development and work with business partners/technical leads.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
5+ years of Genesys Development and architecture experience
5+ years of Genesys Reporting Experience
5+ years of Genesys Routing Development Experience
5+ years of working in a call center environment
Must have experience leading large projects
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Experience in programming and systems analysis
Demonstrated technical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
Proven track record of professional experience developing and delivering technical solutions.
Working knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards and procedures.
Ability to interact with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
