CRM Sales Executive - (MS Dynamics, Siebel, Pivotal)
Our client is a 1500 employee Systems Integration, consultancy, software developer, implementer and integration market leader. Core focus is within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Call Centre sectors with key Partnerships including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Pivotal (CDC Software), IBM, Oracle, Siebel, TIBCO, Genesys Labs, Interactive Intelligence. They have a 20+ year track record in customer management, contact centres, finance transformation and application management. The services portfolio includes: industry-oriented strategy and process consulting; conceptual design; integration and implementation of individual solutions aimed to support business processes and maintenance of IT systems. The parent company is in turn a £multi Bn revenue organisation.
CRM Sales Executive
Purpose:
The company is positioned as a systems integrator who specialises in the customer journey through the provision of CRM, Call Centre and Business Intelligence solutions. This role will be to generate new opportunities, sell strategic solutions based upon our product portfolio and drive the sales effort to contract closure.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Sell complex packaged solutions & services based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Pivotal and Siebel technologies.
Must have experience in selling one of the following products Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Pivotal, Siebel technologies, Salesforce.com, SAGE CRM, SAP CRM or Rightnow.
Develop new leads and a healthy sales pipe to achieve/exceed quota, including working with Marketing to aid the lead generation process via events and telemarketing
Experience in selling to both vertical and horizontal markets
Experience in selling multiple deployment methods e.g., on-premise, hosted and managed service
Able to articulate the features and benefits (from a sales position) for the various components of a CRM solution e.g., sales, marketing, contact centre, field service management, etc
Must have compelling sales closure experience in closing complex enterprise level deals
Lead the sales campaign within client organisations qualifying large complex sales
Ensure all stages of the sales cycle are undertaken effectively to achieve the results required and adhere to our deal qualifying process.
Engage Delivery and Consultancy in a co-ordinated strategic approach, maintaining good relations and ensuring delivery have visibility and understanding of offering at all times
Owner of the sales proposal, ensure commercially sound proposals are issued to prospects/customers
Customer/Client Responsibilities
Build customers confidence in the proposed solution
Effectively communicate the customer's requirements back into the Company to help ensure the correct solution can be specified and quoted
Act as an ongoing point of contact during the delivery phase, identifying and directing any perceived issues to ensure they do not damage the overall relationship.
Reporting Responsibilities
Accurate and reliable sales forecasting & reporting using our sales tool
Financial Responsibilities
Responsible/cost effective use of pre-sales resource
Ensure commercial framework/prices are authorised prior to communication to the customer/prospect
Lead commercial negotiations with the customer on behalf of the Company to negotiate the best price/margin on all solutions
Process personal/customer related expenses in a timely manner, in accordance with Company Policy.
Ensure invoices are paid/ bad debts are resolved.
Key Contacts
Must have a wide range of contacts in a vertical market and/or a wide range of contacts in the CRM industry. Contacts in Microsoft, Siebel and/or Pivotal are desirable
Desirable skills: Knowledge and experience of selling into our key market sectors including, Professional Services, Telco, Media, Utilities, Financial Services.
Location: Home based with offices in the midlands and London
Remuneration: Base salary range £50k - £70k+ negotiable on experience plus highly competitive commission plan and benefits in line with multinational technology firm.
