Sales Executive to Sales Trainer Sales Trainer: £30k basic + £8k bonus + £450pcm Car Allowance Bracknell This multinational organisation has a vacancy for a business to business sales trainer to provide direction for their direct and strategic sales force. Selling web, video and phone conferencing into both SME’s and corporate business, the sales trainer will be responsible for initial training, product knowledge and the maintenance of sales techniques and advanced sales techniques to the high standards demanded by this major international brand. The client are looking for a successful business to business sales executive with training experience to come into this organisation to build on their skills as a sales trainer, and develop their career on the other side of the sales process. Ideally you will come from a telecommunication or IT background although this is not a must. You must have the adaptability to learn the product range and have a proven track record of success in business to business sales. Those who can prove their success and have previous training experience should apply now and take this opportunity with one of the biggest brands in audio visual conferencing. The program has been developed to best equip a sales trainer to take on this role. Initially taking a month’s induction into the organisation and their products you will then progress through the shadowing of the training staff and dual teaching of induction, product training courses and advanced selling techniques then progresses onto the complete trainer role. This role will essentially unable you to become the complete sales training professional. The organisation has an excellent brand name in the Audio Visual conferencing industry and has a reputation for one of the best sales forces in the industry.
