FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – TERRITORY MANAGER £20,000 OTE £30-40K, Car, Phone, Laptop North London & Essex The UK\'s market leader in outdoor advertising is recruiting for a Field Sales executive to manage their Reading and Oxford territories. The company who are a multinational corporate have over 40 years experience in this growing advertising industry, with more panels than any other outdoor media competitor. With an aim to put the consumer at the heart of every media plan, reaching their target audience you will provide a consultative service to potential new and existing clients. Selling into various clients in industries such as retail, public sector, SME, entertainment and travel and tourism you will book appointments through self generating leads and sitting on roughly 15 appointments per week. Working to revenue targets you will close deals and up and cross sell advertising to new and existing clients. To be successful in this role you will have a background in field sales (preferably media or advertising), with proof of your achievements. Territory knowledge is also very important as you will need to have an idea of where to promote the advertising according to clients needs. The role is a mixture of account management and new business, therefore previous experience in cold calling and relationship building are key. Being an advertising sales role you will have to be creative, proactive, driven by success and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
